A SPECIAL MESSAGE FROM SIR RAPHIE & MAAM ALICE
 





The following are the result of the meeting conducted by the host batch (2000) last September 23, 2010. We, batch 2000, would like everyone to participate in this endeavor.  We want this homecoming to be a big and memorable occasion. We are serious in hosting the 2010 Homecoming.

 

Date: December 27, 2010

Time: 5pm (please come on time)

Venue: NCSHS Covered Court

 

BOOTH Details:

  • Each batch will set up a booth at the covered court. (Area assignment –first come first choice basis)
  • Each booth will showcase a slide show presentation containing high school pictures, post high school, moments together, accomplishments, etc. (posters and board exhibits can also be done as substitute if slide show is not available). Videos and albums can also be exhibited. Materials/equipments should be brought by respective batches.
  • Each batch is advised to hang a tarpaulin containing the batch name and/or logo. Be creative. Measurement is not specified.
  • Faculty advisers will be assigned each booth
  • Since the theme is “Fiesta”. Each batch will prepare food/s (assigned-pls. see food assignment below) that will be shared to other batches, teachers, and guests. The food/s must accommodate about 100 participants.

Batch 2009          -              Tuna/Chicken Sandwich

Invited guest: Present NCSHS Faculty and Staff and Former Teachers (pls. give us the names of the other former teachers of NCSHS)

 

Other Details:

  • Name tags (sticker) will be given to each participant containing the Name and Batch Year
  • Tarpaulin Banners (advertisement) will be hanged. Pls. help us with the design.
  • In tradition, each Alumni Batch will give a presentation that showcases the talent of the respective batches (WOW factor is needed).  This is a contest. A prize (cash and plaque) will be given to the winner (as judged by panel of judges coming from the faculty). Order of presentation will be drawn by lots
  • In addition, the undergrads will also be giving their presentation.
  • Program/presentations will be done at the Nephythys Stage
  • Alumni groups can give intermission nos. Pls. inform us early.
  • A meeting will be called to all Alumni Batch Presidents/Reps. This October 30, 2010 1 pm at NCSHS lobby
